 This CD was recorded live at Rob's show in the 1999 Surf Comedy Festival, a festival that celebrates the alternative/performance comedy that this lower east side theater has been showcasing for over 6 years.

All of the songs are from American Cheese, but the live versions have an energy all their own, with nice surprises like Rob doing Too Much Information as a raggae-ish tune. The CD also features a lot of Rob's stand-up and routines on pop tunes that are a favorite feature of his live performances.

Fun Fact: This was billed as Rob's reunion concert because he had performed a retirement show a few months prior.
