 American Cheese is Rob's second full-length studio album. It features songs that Rob has played on Comedy Central as well as tracks that have hit Dr. Demento's Funny Five, including the original version of "Pachelbel" which hit #1. Recorded and produced by Rob in the late summer of 1998, it boasts arrangements of songs that vary from full on rock to the mellow elevator jazz of the "Reunion Song," and even the cheesy disco orchestra of "Disco Nights."
